Announcing Our 12th Annual Reproductive Equity Awards
The Reproductive Equity Awards are held each year by Lilith Fund to celebrate the commitment and achievements of members of our community in the fight for reproductive justice. This fall, for the first time, the Reproductive Equity Awards will be held in Houston, San Antonio and Austin!
UPDATE: The Lilith Fund has rescheduled the Houston Reproductive Equity Awards for Monday, October 26, 2015. We had previously announced a date for this event that coincides with Kol Nidre/Yom Kippur. We should have realized the conflict, but failed to do so until after we made our announcement. We are sorry for the mistake and are working to make changes to prevent similar errors in the future.

Since its passage two years ago, House Bill 2 has had a disastrous effect on access for reproductive health care for many Texans. The Supreme Court provided temporary relief from some of HB 2’s restrictions, but Texans already burdened by limited access to health care due to income disparity, racial disparity, geography and other barriers still face increased wait times, travel and costs due to the fewer number of clinics in our state.
Lilith Fund helps Texans pay for their abortion when they can’t afford it, and this year we are giving out more in direct assistance than we ever have before. We know that without access, there is no choice. We couldn’t have come this far without you, and we are counting on your support so we can continue this work. Please use the links above to protect access to abortion by sponsoring one of our events today.
