As it does every two years, the Texas legislative session has come and finally gone. It was as ugly as usual when it comes to Texans’ reproductive rights and freedom. In fact, extreme anti-choice politicians filed more than 30 bills that sought to limit or ban access to safe abortion care.
Lilith Fund is endeavoring to comply with all applicable laws and regulations to the best of its understanding and ability, including (but not limited to) all of the Texas laws restraining and/or prohibiting the provision of abortion services that have become effective in recent months, including those triggered or rendered effective by the Supreme Court’s decision in the Jackson Women’s Health Organization v.
