We’ve grown! Welcoming the newest members of the Lilith Fund team

September 13, 2023

We’ve grown! We are so excited to introduce you to the newest members of the Lilith Fund team. Together, they are strengthening our programs and building critical infrastructure to advance our mission. In these dark times for our communities, we are committed to investing in our people and deepening our impact for Texans. Meet Dominique, Eloise, and Ivania!

Dominique, Hotline Program Coordinator

Dominique Alecia Wyse-Rivera, C-FSD, is our Hotline Program Coordinator. Dominique is a Certified Full Spectrum Doula. Her journey to birthwork began by way of supporting families in the nanny role. For six years, Dominique worked with families who had young children. She soon realized true fulfillment was found in supporting the entire family. Dominique completed her postpartum doula certification in 2019. During the postpartum certification process, Dominique recognized the call to offer a wider range of reproductive health support for  her community. In December 2021, Dominique earned her Full Spectrum Doula certification through Birthing Advocacy Doula Trainings. Through her work, Dominique hopes to create space for individuals to make informed choices around their reproductive health with unbiased support. Dominique recently relocated back to her hometown in Ohio after living in Austin for six years. Her and her husband, Levi, spend their free time traveling  and enjoying outdoor activities together along with their pup, Arlo. Dominique also enjoys reading, yoga, spending time with family and friends, rest, massages, and cooking.

Eloise, Development Coordinator

Eloise Nimocks is our Development Coordinator. Eloise originates from the Northeast and grew up predominantly in New York and Massachusetts. After graduating from Mount Holyoke College with a B.A. in Psychology, Eloise worked in research, studying the reading behaviors and strategies of elementary and middle school aged children. Since then, Eloise has worked in a number of industries, including doing data research and analytics for nonprofits, working as a prep cook in a restaurant, and organic farming  around the country. Of these experiences, learning how to care for and cultivate the earth and animals has been particularly rewarding. Eloise sees serving as a steward for community and the environment as a foundational lifelong pursuit. Eloise is excited to offer a diverse skill set to the mission and values of Lilith Fund.

Ivania, Communications Coordinator

Ivania Gutierrez is our Communications Coordinator. Ivania was born and raised in the Rio Grande Valley and studied Mass Communication at The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley. In 2021, she served as a Campus Health Educator for Access Esperanza Clinics, a non-profit reproductive healthcare clinic based in McAllen, Texas, where she conducted comprehensive sex education programs for low-income Hispanic youth communities through interactive presentations, social media content, and community outreach events. She then became Whole Woman’s Health & Whole Woman’s Health Alliance’s Social Media Strategist where she aided in digitally promoting clinic services and abortion advocacy during the fall of Roe v. Wade. With over four years of experience in digital communications and community organizing, Ivania enjoys combining her passions to promote access to reliable and affordable healthcare for her community. She enjoys watching movies with her cats and visiting family in Mexico in her free time.

Our work is only possible with your support. Help us celebrate our new team members with a gift today.
